Cary resident Pat Mitchell couldn’t hold back the tears as she viewed her new smile for the first time.
Recalling the experience of seeing her new teeth, Mitchell said, “It was emotional. It really was. They looked like the real ones. It was just awesome to look in the mirror and smile and know I can do that from now on.”

2010 winner Grace Love believes her smile makeover has made her a new person.
