Share Your Story
We're asking those women of Western Wake County in North Carolina that want a better smile to tell us their story. How has the condition of your smile affected your life? What do you avoid doing as a result of the condition of your teeth? Share your story with us. If your story is the most compelling and your dental needs meet some basic requirements, then your story will be included among the Top 10 finalists eligible for public vote. If you draw the highest number of votes, then Cary Family Dental will provide a FREE smile makeover! Additionally, the winner will be featured in an upcoming issue of Cary Magazine! Getting Started
To nominate yourself (or someone you care about), simply fill out the form below. We require your name, home address, a valid e-mail address, your story and a photo of you. You also have the option of submitting a video along with your story. The only thing we ask is that you agree to the contest rules.
